Over the years and through various situations, God has brought me into a deeper relationship with Him. As my season in life has been changing these past few years, so has my trust and reliance on God. I’ve always been a people-pleaser and have overthought my purpose, performance, and what others think of me. A big change happened as I sought all I could to grow my relationship with Jesus. I’m working on gospel humility. One of my favorite quotes is from a Tim Keller book, Freedom Of Self Forgetfulness, “Not thinking more of myself or thinking less of myself, but thinking of myself less.”
