The Search Team conducted a survey of the congregation to help us put together a profile of our church and to identify the key traits and strengths of our new pastor.

The Elders and Search Team held seven listening meetings to give every person in the congregation a voice. This allowed us to celebrate where we are thriving and healthy, and also to dream of what could be and should be the ongoing mission of North Park Church. Through these meetings we heard first-hand stories of what God is doing at NPC and discussed where we see Him taking us in the future.
