SUNDAY SCHOOL

We offer Sunday School for children ages 3 through 5^th grade.  It is offered during the    9:00 a.m. Sunday School hour on the second and third floors (see hall posters for locations).  Our curriculum, Walk With Me, is faithful to scriptures and FUN!  Children learn in different ways so our lessons are designed to address all of the different types  of learning styles, keeping children interested and engaged.  For 4-5^th grade students,    we use a different curriculum that encourages small group discussion and prepares    them for the transition into Student Ministry classes.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

Our children's church is offered during the 10:15 service.  Children ages 4 through 2^nd grade attend worship with their parents and are then dismissed before the offering.  During this time, your children learn to meet and worship God through songs, prayer, and Bible stories from the Children and Worship curriculum.  This is a unique curriculum that presents a joyful way for children to worship God.  This method was developed to encourage children  to worship God through hand-on techniques and invites children and adults to experience the wonder and mystery of God through a unique storytelling format and multi-sensory materials.  Our goal is to nurture spiritual development through singing, praying, listening to God, and experiencing the stories of God.

TREKKERS

Trekkers is a youth group for 3^rd through 5^th graders. Trekkers meet on the third Sunday of the month from September through May, from 5:00-6:30 p.m. We learn Biblical truths through large and small group interaction; enjoy fun games and snacks together.

2010 SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM - The Great Adventure: Saddle Up!

NPC welcomes you to a week of camp that you are not soon to forget! June 27-July 2 we welcome kids ages 4 through entering 6^th grade in the fall to saddle up with us as  we dig deep into God's Word and have a great time doing it! Pick up a registration for your camper(s) at the Information Counter in the lobby or stop by the church office.

Junior Campers: age 4 through entering 1^st grade: *$25 / 9:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon   Senior Campers: entering 2^nd-6^th grade: *$35 / 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Registration begins Sunday, March 14. *Early Bird discount; prices after April 11: $35/$45. 50% non-refundable fee for cancellations.

Parents are very important to us.  We are a ministry to the family.  We seek to assist parents.  We do not desire to take the place of parents, but to assist them in developing strong and Jesus-centered children.  We also seek to be a family for children without one.  We seek to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our children and to this end have a comprehensive Child Safety Program.
