The Mentoring Ministry at North Park Church is purposed to encourage and facilitate the Biblical pattern of mentoring, focusing primarily on couple-to-couple relationships. The Mentoring Ministry serves to develop criteria for both mentors and protégés, provide training and resources, develop an evaluation process, and come alongside the mentoring relationships.

Mentoring is a relational process in which a mentor, who knows or has experienced something … transfers that something to a protégé, at an appropriate time and manner, so that it facilitates development and empowerment. As such, a mentor asks: “How can I help you?” not “What can I teach you?”
