Scripture is clear that all people are to grow to become mature Christian adults (Eph. 4:11-16). At NPC, we refer to this as helping people become more and more like Jesus in terms of having His heart, mind, message, and actions. All that we do should help make this transformation process happen. Whether it is in the ministry areas of worship, instruction, community, service, or outreach, we hope adults will be nurtured and grow to be spiritual leaders, helping the next generation to “take the next step with Jesus.”
